A PLAYBOY model has been jailed in the US after she went on the run with her own daughter.
Angie Vu Ha was stopped by police in New York last month attempting to board a flight to China with the nine-year-old girl.
Ha, 32, was on Interpol wanted list after her former partner - French citizen Richard Foger - was granted custody of their child by a French court in August.
But speaking from behind bars to the New York Post, the former America's Got Talent contestant claims her ex lied to the court - using scantily clad images from her social media profiles to allege she was a porn star and an unfit mother.
She also alleged Foger never showed any interest in his child.
She said: “I delivered and raised my child alone for the first seven years of her life without a penny contribution from the father
In emails provided to the New York Post, written after he discovered Ha was pregnant, he allegedly wrote in: “I never wanted to have a baby with you and I made that clear.
“It seems absolutely selfish to want to have a baby without a father.”
Ha - who was once crowned Playboy's Miss Social - also claims she had no idea she was wanted by Interpol.
She adds: “After lying in French court to rob my child from me, he kept on lying to Interpol and US court to try his best to put me, the mother of his child, in prison.
"I’m terrified about my child’s future and about how my relationship with her would be.”
