Update on Buhari’s Change government- Reno

I am regularly emailed by my readers and social media followers and asked to give them updates on Nigeria’s situation since President Muhammadu Buhari assumed the saddle and sometimes I wonder if they still think I am a Presidential spokesman. My tenure ended on May 29, 2015 when my boss, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, handed over the largest economy in Africa with a foreign reserve of $29.6 Billion and a strong currency that stood at ₦199 (official) and ₦225 (parallel) to one dollar to President Muhammadu Buhari.

This is why you’re attracted to married men

SOME women are more likely to engage in affairs than others. Are you one of them?
Zoe Barnes did it in House of Cards, Olivia Pope did it in Scandal, Skylar White went there in Breaking Bad and so did Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City.
Some of the steamiest TV series in recent memory feature women having flings — or dangerously drawn-out relationships — with married men.
If the stats tell us anything, it’s that life outside these silver screen liaisons is equally illicit. In an extensive 2009 study, 90 per cent of single women admitted to being attracted to a man they believed was already taken, while only 59 per cent were interested if he was single.

The Skype sex scam - a fortune built on shame

One night a young Palestinian man living abroad fell victim to an online scam, involving a web camera and a beautiful woman. Here Samir (not his real name) tells the story of how he was trapped - and below the BBC's Reda el Mawy visits the Moroccan boomtown where many of the scammers are based.
WARNING: this story contains descriptions of sexual acts
It happened when I was home alone. This girl added me on Facebook. I didn't think it was anything strange - I often get friend requests from old school friends who I don't know well.

Janet Jackson is spotted covering up baby bump in Islamic style dress

SHE’S gone from baring it all at the Super Bowl to barely exposing a thing.
There was no chance of a wardrobe malfunction for Janet Jackson last week, as the 50-year-old covered her pregnant belly with a conservative outfit while out for a stroll with her billionaire Qatari husband in London, the NY Post reports.

The once-racy pop star — who sparked controversy when she exposed her right breast at the 2004 Super Bowl — wrapped herself head to toe in a baggy black hooded top, ankle-length skirt and boots while walking hand-in-hand with Wissam Al Mana, the Daily Mail reported.

Dr Brad McKay explains the complex world of vaginal bacteria

LUCY* had an embarrassing problem. She slumped into the chair, put her head in her hands and said “Sorry doc, but my bits smell funny down there”.
She had already spent a fortune on perfumes and pharmaceutical products but nothing worked. In desperation she tried vaginal douching, but this only made things worse.
Her self-esteem was shattered, her sex life was ruined, and she attended my clinic in tears.
Lucy had Bacterial Vaginosis (BV), a common vaginal infection that affects more than a third of women aged between 15 and 44 years.

Russia reveals its ‘Satan II’ intercontinental nuclear ballistic missile

MOSCOW is taking sabre-rattling to new heights. It just sent a carrier battle-group to the Mediterranean. Now it’s unveiled its newest and biggest thermonuclear missile.
There is nothing innocent about the timing.
Russian President Vladimir Putin is exploiting the limbo imposed by the United States’ presidential election to reposition Moscow as a centre of world power.
And he’s just played an ace.
The first clear pictures of the new intercontinental ballistic missile, officially named RS-28 Sarmat, have been declassified. It replaces a line of missiles NATO had designated the SS-18 ‘Satan’ and is itself generally called the ‘Satan II’.

Suge Knight sues Dr Dre over 'hitmen' claim

Former rap mogul Marion "Suge" Knight is suing Dr Dre, alleging that the hip-hop star and Apple executive hired hitmen to kill him.
Knight alleges Dre was responsible for two attempts on his life.
And he claims Dre agreed to pay him 30% of his earnings for life, including his share of Apple's 2014 $3bn (£2.45bn) purchase of Dre's Beats products.
Dre's lawyers have dismissed the claims, saying he has had no contact with Knight for 20 years.

Natasha Annie Tonthola: My fight against Malawi's 'hyenas'

In July the BBC wrote about a Malawian man paid to have sex with young girls from his village, as part of a sexual initiation ritual. Later a Malawian woman, Natasha Annie Tonthola, contacted the BBC to explain how her experience of the ritual helped inspire her to campaign for the protection of women and girls. This is her story.
I'm the oldest of five children and I grew up in a village in the central district of Malawi, near the capital, Lilongwe, and I was 13 years old when the initiation ceremony happened.

I give Buhari 100% support on action against judiciary – Actor John Okafor

Nollywood actor, John Okafor has said that he gives President Muhammadu Buhari 100 per cent of his support on his actions against the Nigerian judiciary in respect to the allegations of judicial misconduct and corruption leveled against some judges.

Opinion: The logic fail of Christian objections to marriage equality

OPINION
GOVERNMENT legislation on the secular definition of marriage has nothing to do with religion. Despite this, Christian organisations continue to attempt to take an ownership of the debate.
Last week, the Anglican Church released a booklet entitled What God Has Joined Together. Eighteen pages on why God is supposedly against homosexuality and marriage equality, and a somewhat confusing argument against bigotry and discrimination while at the same time firmly stating that federal marriage laws should continue to discriminate against LGTBIQ couples.
The booklet likens the push for the removal of discrimination in marriage legislation to communism, and states that the introduction of the no-fault divorce laws in 1975 resulted in “widespread infidelity and divorce”.

Why you lose your ambition in your 30s

MY TEENS and 20s were spent plotting an ambitious career trajectory. No sooner had I settled into a role than I’d start thinking about the next step to get me to a level I deemed “successful”.
Along the way, that meant a lot sweat, tears and networking, while repeatedly falling victim to the “I worked until midnight last night” humble brag.
But as I inch towards 32, my ambition has simmered right down. Instead of dreaming of the next career milestone, I’m scrolling Instagram and admiring the yogis stretching out in exotic locations and anyone who seems to have a healthy work-life balance.

The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F**k: Blogger Mark Manson’s direct approach to life

EVERYTHING we’ve been told about how to improve our lives is wrong, according to blogger Mark Manson.
In his new, somewhat direct book, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F**k, Manson cuts through the crap and tells us what we need to do to get it right.
**********
I believe that today we’re facing a psychological epidemic, one in which people no longer realise it’s okay for things to suck sometimes. I know that sounds intellectually lazy on the surface, but I promise you, it’s a life/death sort of issue.

Janet Jackson is pregnant at 50 years

POP superstar Janet Jackson has confirmed that she is pregnant with her first child at age 50 — and has the baby bump to prove it.
People magazine on Wednesday published a portrait of the star, her face beaming as she stood on a beach, with an unmistakably protruding belly.
“We thank God for our blessing,” she told the magazine.
The younger sister of the late king of pop Michael Jackson stunned fans in April by halting a global tour and saying that she and her husband, Qatari tycoon Wissam Al Mana, were “planning our family.”

Bill Goldberg cites interest in Brock Lesnar rematch, cops cheeky Twitter burn

AFTER a 12-year absence from the WWE, Bill Goldberg has announced his return.
The wrestling legend was challenged to a rematch with Brock Lesnar by Paul Heyman during an episode of Monday Night Raw earlier this week, and by the looks of his Twitter, he’s happy to oblige.
You’d be forgiven if you thought the 49-year-old was past his heyday — but Goldberg’s not-so-quietly confident he can ruffle some feathers in what could be one of the biggest bouts the WWE has ever seen.
In true trash-talking fashion Goldberg tweeted his interest in taking on the challenge directly after the show.
“Booking my flight to answer that big mouth (Paul Heyman)’s challenge next week in person on Monday Night Raw,” he said, while also adding the hashtags “Who’s next?” and “see ya there”.
He might have to recover from this swift jab to the guts from Heyman, though.
The WWE commentator tweeted saying the retired wrestler should consider rethinking his interest in fighting one of the biggest, baddest men in

Make-up artist reveals the truth behind Alicia Keys’ ‘no make-up revolution’

R&B singer Alicia Keys has made headlines over the past year for her strict make-up-free policy, hitting red carpets, concerts and TV shows with a refreshingly bare face.
However, it seems the star’s no-frills look takes a lot more effort than you might expect — and actually involves the use of a bit of make-up.
‘Dotti’, a one-name make-up artist to celebs including Keys, revealed a few trade secrets in a new interview with W Magazine and outlined the singer’s intense daily skincare regimen.
“Alicia gets regular facials, does acupuncture and she eats healthy and exercises,” says Dotti. “She knows you have to invest internally for your skin to look great externally. It’s about the choices she’s making and the products she’s using. It’s the work of a good team.”
Among the treatments Keys uses to get her skin looking so good: applying cucumber pulp to the face, regular use of face masks, oils for rehydration, and a rather painful-sounding treatment involving ice.
“Right now, we’re doing a lot of ice work to tighten skin, bring the blood to the surface. To basically give it the pop that you need,” Dotti told W Magazine.
“I stick a jade roller in ice, so it’s basically freezing when I roll it over her skin. I really, really work into all those areas where I want blood and water and
