A MUM who had sex with a 14-year-old boy before posing for nude snaps has been cleared of abusing him.
Amanda Lockhart, 46, wept and thanked jurors at the Old Bailey after they found her not guilty of engaging with sexual activity with a child.
The lad claimed she had forced him to have sex with her on three occasions telling the court he feared 5ft Lockhart might “beat him up” if he refused.
Lockhart, who has a son older than the boy, admitted having sex with him in the bathroom but said that he had initiated the romp after showing her a passport suggesting he was 17.
Lockhart, of Croydon, South London, was in the kitchen on January 23 last year when the boy came in and started kissing her, the court heard.
The mum told the court that after she told him he was “just a boy” he fetched his passport.
She said: "The date of birth looked like June 1996. I thought he was 17," she told jurors.
"He grabbed me. He started shoving his hands down my top. With one hand he’d already taken my bra off.
"He started squeezing me so hard I yelped."
Lockhart then says the boy begged her to “Please, please come to the bathroom,” before leading her upstairs.
Once inside the bathroom the lad took naked snaps of Lockhart before the pair had sex up against the bath tub.
Close to tears she told the court: "He pulled my top off and started telling me to get undressed. He took off all his clothes."
"If he was underage and I knew that, it was hardly likely I was going to give him photos. It would be a bit mental.
"He started doing it with me and that was it. I never threatened him. I was always really nice to him."
The teenager also claimed Lockhart had cornered her on January 22 in a bedroom and performed a sex act on him.
He told the court: "I was scared of her. I didn't know what she was going to do to me."
Lockhart was cleared of five charges of engaging in sexual activity with a child.
