SINGER Christina Milian will go down in the annals of history after having her bum waxed on TV.
In a new episode of her US reality TV show, Christina Milian Turned Up, the 34-year-old singer captures every second of her painful and intimate ordeal as the cameras roll.
Grimacing when the waxy strip is wrenched from her nether regions, the star still manages to document the moment with a series of selfies as a film crew look on.
Such is the complexity of the task, that at one stage two specialists are required to apply various techniques that ensure Christina's bum is left smooth and totally lacking in hair.
Her brave trip to the salon came about by way of a make-up with lover Lil Wayne, 33, who she has been dating for over a year.
She said: “I’m feeling like a new woman. Wayne and I are back together and so I figured it’s time to get a new look from top to bottom. Face down, ass up, it’s time to get my butthole waxed.”
The couple went through a rocky patch after some alledged misbehaviour from rapper Wayne and Christina added: “Just recently we went through something and it was kinda like, it was the first time that it actually really really hurt me this time.
“It was a lie and it was with a girl, but it was really more about the lie. But he realised I wasn’t playing around this time."
It seems all is back on track again after Wayne's bum note and Christina's bum wax thanks to the rapper sending her a large bouquet of roses.
“Well I wanted an apology and I guess I got a token," Christina said. "I mean this is definitely an extension, what is it called? He’s extended an olive branch. He’s giving me a sign of hope."
Although Christina's bum waxing stunt may have you clenching your cheeks in both pain and embarrassment, this isn't the first time reality TV stars have plumbed the depths to get ratings.
Rebeca Loos famously helped a pig out with a very personal hand favour on The Farm casuing uproar.
More recently, politician George Galloway appeared on Celebrity Big Brother pretending to be a cat.
Crouching on all fours, the MP purred and pretended to lick imaginary milk from the hands of actress Rula Lenska.
