This 11-year-old makes $2000 a week selling lollies

AT JUST 11-years-old, this kid makes more money week-to-week than many of us will earn in a lifetime.
Starting his working life selling manure bags, Henry Patterson moved in to the world of confectionary and opened his own online shop selling sweets when he was just 9 years old. Now, just 2 years later, Henry revealed to the Mirror that his annual turnover exceeds $140,000.
As the ‘creative director’ behind British Children’s Lifestyle brand ‘Not Before Tea,’ Henry kicked off his brand by writing a story based on the ‘Adventures of Sherb and Pip — and the book went ballistic.
Off the back of the books success, Henry launched stationery, clothes and other items within his ‘Not Before Tea’ brand, which is now considered one of the fastest growing children’s lifestyle labels in the UK.

Starting to develop ideas when he was just 5, Henry is a step above his school mates on the business front.
“My school friends are excited about my business adventures but I don’t mention money or talk about it too much to them,” Henry told the Mirror.
“I think a traditional brand, like Beatrix Potter, was missing from the market which is why people have fallen in love with it so quickly.
“I also think children love the fact a child created it, as they have the confidence to write books of their own now.”
