PHIL Collins' ex-wife is in the middle of a £6m divorce battle with her second husband just days after reuniting with the Genesis singer.
Orianna Cevey, 43, has started legal proceedings to end her marriage to banker Charles Fouad Mejjati.
The Sun told last week how Orianne has been secretly living with her ex-husband Phil for the past few months, six years after he was forced to pay her £31.85 million in Britain's biggest ever celebrity divorce battle.
The former couple became close again after the singer moved back to the US last year from his home in Switzerland where he lived alone battling his alcohol addiction.
Orianne is now embroiled in a battle with her husband Charles after she filed divorce papers.
Court documents, which are claiming that the couple have been "separated and living apart" for a while now, detail a fight over the couple's £6 million pound mansion in Miami Beach.
Orianna, who shares a five-year-old son with Charles, is desperate to overturn a settlement made last year in which she signed the property, which she bought the couple in 2012, over to her husband.
The documents state: “She has no recollection of ever signing before it was recorded in the Miami-Dade County public record, transferring to the husband the wife’s interest in and to the marital residence.”
A source added: "The divorce filing is really designed to get Charles off her and Phil's back."
Following news that the couple had been living together, Phil told The Sun exclusively that he was "surprised" that no one had noticed.
He said: "I'm back with my third wife - I haven't really talked about it. We've been together for a while, and nobody's noticed."
“When you get divorced for the third time, you start to wonder if there’s something you’ve got wrong with you."
