NICK Carter has reportedly been arrested in Key West, Florida, after being involved in a scuffle at a bar.
TMZ reports the Backstreet Boys singer was taken into custody on Wednesday night after a fight broke out at a popular Key West bar called the Hog’s Breath Saloon.
Details about the what led to the altercation are still unknown, but the 35-year-old’s arresting charge is listed as “touch or strike,” according to Gossip Cop.
This is the singer’s third arrest, following a nightclub incident in 2002 and a DUI arrest in 2005.
Carter and his wife Lauren Kitt are currently expecting their first child together, which was announced during his stint on Dancing with the Stars last year.
He and dance partner Sharna Burgess finished in second place, behind Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough.
Police have not released any further details at this time.
