A CONVICTED paedophile has been handed a 20 month prison sentence after being caught living in the same house as a child.
Kristen Lukess, 50, moved in with a mother and her 11-year-old son who didn’t know about her evil past.

Previously known as Mark Turton, he was caged for seven years after raping an underage girl and handed a Sexual Offences Prevention Order after his release in 2008.
He then changed his name and gender to become Kristen Lukess and eventually set up home with the mother and son.

When the mother found out about her past she went to the authorities and said she had been inundated with messages from Lukass.
She also claimed that the paedophile tried to make herself part of the family’s life and used to stay in the family home four nights a week.

Appearing in Plymouth Crown Court via video link from Eastwood Park Prison, Ms Lukess pleaded guilty to two counts of breaching her court order.
Presiding Judge Ian Lawrie said: “You did not comply with the requirement to notify the mother [and] you need to appreciate these are serious offences; the requirements of your order were simple.”
