Human remains have been found in two suitcases pulled from an Austrian lake.
The remains appear to belong to a woman aged about 70, police say.
The suitcases were found in the Traunsee lake by the town of Gmunden, about 80km (50 miles) east of Salzburg. The first was discovered on Sunday by a walker, according to reports.
The second case was found on Monday by a police sniffer dog. Police are working to identify the victim and establish a cause of death.
However the process is being hampered by the lack of a complete set of remains, they say.
The walker who fished the first case from the lake reported seeing a pair of hands and feet, local media say.
