Boy George claims on The Voice: ‘I slept with Prince’

BOY George brought production of The Voice UK to a halt when he claimed that he and singer Prince had slept together.
George, 54, who has joined the UK version of The Voice as a coach, was boasting about who he had collaborated with while talking to fellow coaches Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson, Will.i.am and fellow newcomer, Paloma Faith.
“I have duetted with some of the greatest soul singers in history including Luther Vandross and Smokey Robinson,” George said.
Faith then hit back, saying, “Well OK, if we’re throwing big soul names out there I’ve performed with Prince.”
That’s when George replied, “Forget that, darling, I’ve slept with Prince.”

The Sun reports that the crowd went so wild over the revelation that production had to be halted.
“Production staff had to come up on stage and speak to them,” a source told the paper. “After that, Boy George started backtracking saying he hadn’t really slept with Prince and that in reality, he just had his poster on his wall.”
George joined The Voice UK this season, replacing singer Tom Jones, who had been one of the original coaches on the show.
Prince is yet to comment on the supposed affair with George.
The singer, who has hinted in the past that he may be bisexual, has been married to two different women and interestingly called his son, Boy Gregory, however the child died a week after he was born with Pfeiffer syndrome.
Prince wrote the song The Most Beautiful Girl in the World about former Beverly Hills 90210 star and ex girlfriend, Vanessa Marcil. He has also been linked to many other famous women including Kim Basinger, Madonna, Carmen Electra and Susanna Hoffs from The Bangles.
